TERMS OF SERVICE

These terms apply to hoodboxoffice.com and the BandoFlix app, both run by Hood Box Office LLC (“we”, “us”). By using them, you agree to these terms.

ADULTS ONLY

Our shows and films contain strong language, violence and adult subject matter. You must be 18 or older to use the service.

YOUR ACCOUNT

Keep your login to yourself and tell us right away if you think someone else is using it. You’re responsible for activity on your account.

PLANS, PASSES, RENTALS AND PURCHASES

• Plans and passes (such as the Hood Pass, the Boss Plan and vault passes) are subscriptions that renew at the end of each billing period until you cancel. You’re charged at the start of each period with the payment method you gave at checkout.

• Rentals can be watched for the rental period shown at checkout. Titles you buy are yours to stream on the service for as long as we offer them.

• What each plan includes is described on the plans page at the time you join.

• The price you pay is the price shown at checkout. If we change a subscription price, we’ll email you at least 30 days before the new price applies to you, and you can cancel before then.

• If you subscribe inside the BandoFlix app through Apple or Google, their billing terms apply, and you cancel in your Apple or Google account settings.

FREE SHOWS AND EMBEDDED VIDEOS

Some shows are free, and some videos are embedded from YouTube and other platforms. Those videos belong to their owners, follow those platforms’ terms and can be removed by their owners at any time.

CANCELLING AND REFUNDS

You can cancel at any time from your account (My Subscriptions) or by emailing info@hoodboxoffice.com. You keep access until the end of the period you’ve already paid for and won’t be charged again. Payments aren’t refundable except where the law requires it, but if you were charged twice or by mistake, or you paid and couldn’t get into what you bought, email us within 14 days of the charge and we’ll fix it or refund you.

WHAT YOU MAY DO WITH THE VIDEOS

Your plan or purchase gives you a personal right to stream on the service for your own, non-commercial viewing. You may not download, record, copy, re-upload, sell or publicly show the videos, share your login, or get around any access control.

COMMENTS AND POSTS

If you post a comment or other content, you keep ownership of it and give us permission to show it on the service. Don’t post anything illegal, abusive, hateful or spam, or anyone’s private information. We can remove anything we think breaks these rules.

FILM SUBMISSIONS

Films sent through our submission page are covered by the Submission Terms.

COPYRIGHT COMPLAINTS

If you believe something on the service infringes your copyright, email info@hoodboxoffice.com with your contact details, the work you own, the page where it appears, a statement that you believe in good faith the use isn’t authorized, and a statement, under penalty of perjury, that your notice is accurate and that you own the rights or act for the owner. We review every notice and remove material when appropriate.

LINKS TO OTHER SITES

We link to other websites. We aren’t responsible for their content, their policies or anything you buy from them.

DISCLAIMERS AND LIMITS

The service is provided “as is” and may sometimes be unavailable, and titles can be added or removed. To the extent the law allows, we aren’t liable for indirect or consequential losses, and our total liability to you is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.

GOVERNING LAW

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Oklahoma, USA. Any dispute will be handled in the state or federal courts located in Oklahoma, unless the law where you live gives you the right to bring it elsewhere.

CHANGES

We may update these terms. The date at the top shows the latest version. If a change affects paying members, we’ll email them before it takes effect.
