We watch everything that comes in. If your film is a fit for BandoFlix, we'll contact you to talk terms. If you haven't heard from us in 30 days, it isn't a fit right now.
SUBMISSION TERMS
By submitting a film to Hood Box Office LLC ("we"), you agree to these terms.
1. You have the rights. You own or control the film you send, including the footage, music, names and likenesses in it, and you have signed releases from everyone who appears in it.
2. No deal yet. Sending a film doesn't create any agreement to distribute, license or pay for it. A deal only exists in a separate written agreement signed by both of us.
3. Finished films only. We review finished work. Don't send scripts, treatments or ideas; we won't read them.
4. Not confidential. Your submission isn't confidential, and it creates no confidential or special relationship between us.
5. Similar material. We receive and develop a lot of material. If something we release is similar to what you sent, that doesn't mean it came from your submission, and we owe you nothing unless we release your actual film under a signed agreement.
6. Your screener. We watch through the link you give us and don't share it outside our review team. Keep your own copies; we're not responsible for lost files or expired links.
7. Claims. You're responsible for any claim that comes from what you sent us, including rights you didn't have.
8. Age. You must be 18 or older.
9. Law. These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Oklahoma, USA, and disputes go to the state or federal courts located in Oklahoma.
10. Changes. We may update these terms. The version posted on the day you submit applies to your submission.
